WELCOME TO SOL THERAPY
Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, repeating familiar patterns, carrying emotional pain, or sensing that something deeper is asking for attention. Often times it is difficult to put these experiences into words.
At Sol Therapy, therapy is not only about managing symptoms. It is an opportunity to better understand yourself, explore what lies beneath the surface, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been overlooked, protected, or silenced over time.
Our approach is holistic, client-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in both depth-oriented and expressive therapies. While conversation is an important part of the process, therapy may also include creative, somatic and symbolic forms of exploration that can help access emotions, memories, and inner experiences that are not always easily reached through words alone.
We believe meaningful change happens when insight, self-compassion, and authentic connection are given space to emerge. Therapy is not meant to be rushed or reduced to quick solutions, it is a thoughtful process that supports lasting growth, healing, and self-discovery.
OUR APPROACH
At Sol Therapy our work is collaborative and Client-Centered, our therapists integrate depth-oriented approaches, including Jungian and Psychodynamic perspectives, alongside Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma Informed Therapy, Mindfulness & Somatic Experiencing to help clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that shape their lives.
We also incorporate expressive therapies such as Sandplay Therapy, Play Therapy, SoulCollage®, and Therapeutic Art. These creative and expressive approaches complement traditional talk therapy and can provide meaningful opportunities for insight, emotional processing, self-discovery, and personal growth. All interventions are tailored to each client's unique needs and integrated at a pace that feels comfortable, safe and supportive.
